Privacy policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains what personal data this website processes, why, and what rights you have. In short: we don’t use analytics or tracking. We process the data your browser sends to load the site, the details you enter if you request early access or subscribe to our newsletter, and the data needed to load our newsletter sign-up form from our newsletter provider (see sections 4 and 6).

1. Who is responsible

The controller under the GDPR is:

TTI GmbH, project Nanosync Biotech
Nobelstraße 15, 70569 Stuttgart, Germany
Email: info@nanosyncbiotech.com

2. Hosting and server log files

This site is hosted by Namecheap, Inc. (USA). When you visit, the server automatically records technical data in log files: your IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, referring URL, browser type and version, and operating system.

We need this data to deliver the site and keep it secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a stable and secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are kept for a limited period, as set by the hosting provider, and then deleted. Namecheap processes this data on our behalf under its data processing addendum (Art. 28 GDPR). Where data is transferred outside the EU, it is protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

3. Early access form

If you request early access, we process your first name, email address, the interest you select and the time of your consent.

  • Purpose: to contact you about early access to Nanosync.
  • Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time, with effect for the future, by emailing info@nanosyncbiotech.com.
  • Storage: your request is sent to our email inbox and saved in a file on our web server that is not publicly accessible.
  • Retention: we delete your data when you withdraw consent, or at the latest 24 months after your request if early access has not started by then.

The form contains a hidden field and a time check to filter out automated spam. These do not process any personal data.

4. Newsletter “Healthy Data”

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email address (and your first name, if you give it) to send you news about Nanosync, personal health data, nutrition and prevention.

  • Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in every newsletter or by emailing us.
  • Double opt-in: after you sign up, you receive an email asking you to confirm. We only send the newsletter once you have confirmed. We record the time of sign-up and confirmation as proof of your consent.
  • Newsletter service: we send the newsletter with beehiiv (beehiiv, Inc., USA), which processes your data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Where data is transferred to the USA, it is protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • Sign-up form: the sign-up form on our pages is provided by beehiiv. When a page with the form loads, your browser connects to beehiiv’s servers, which receive your IP address and technical browser data. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in offering a simple, secure newsletter sign-up (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Retention: we keep your data until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only your email address on a block list, so we never contact you again by mistake.

5. Contacting us by email

If you email us, we process your email address and the content of your message to reply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or steps prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We delete the correspondence once it is no longer needed, unless we are legally required to keep it.

6. No analytics or tracking

This site uses no analytics or tracking tools. Fonts and all other files are loaded from our own server. The only exception is the newsletter sign-up form, which is loaded from beehiiv (see section 4).

7. Encryption

This site uses TLS encryption. You can tell from “https://” and the lock icon in your browser’s address bar.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • have incorrect data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • have your data deleted (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • withdraw your consent at any time (Art. 7(3) GDPR)

To use any of these rights, email info@nanosyncbiotech.com.

You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority. For us, this is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg (LfDI BW), Lautenschlagerstraße 20, 70173 Stuttgart.

9. Changes

We will update this policy when the website or the law changes. The current version is always available on this page.
